    Very good

Staff was not overly helpful and did not explain the features of the hotel or surrounding area.

    Fabulous

The location was great. We walked everywhere rather than taking the metro, buses, or cabs. The in unit ac was nice also. The shower (compared to some of the other places we stayed) was nice.

The room was kind of small. The hotel could be updated.

    Superb

The location was excellent. Could walk to most historical sites in Rome. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were air conditioned and they had wifi. The free breakfast was great to start the day. The hotel was a great choice for us. We booked a quadruple room but they did not have any available so they gave us 2 rooms for the same price. That worked out great for us.

    Very good

Location of the hotel was convenient to all major sites. Situated on a busy street but rooms were quiet with windows closed. When we arrived in our room, we found a beautiful platter of fresh fruit (pears, apples, melon, oranges, bananas & kiwi). It lasted throughout our 4 night stay. Breakfast was included as well as free wi-fi in the rooms. We requested 2 rooms next to each other as we were traveling with our daughter & niece. The hotel accomodated our request. The staff was friendly & helpful in recommending restaurants, etc.

Although clean, carpets and some areas showed their age. As I had read in other posts about Italy hotels in general is that that may not live up to our expectations of a 4 star hotel.

    Very good

The hotel was centrally located and we walked to the Vatican as well as the colisseum. The included breakfast was adequate. The hotel staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We stayed on the 4th floor room 409 and the drain in the shower did not work. They sent a man up to fix it and it began to drain properly. However, the choice of water temperature was scalding hot or freezing cold. It could not be adjusted properly. I mentioned this to the man who fixed the drain and he said it was okay. It's a good thing we had friends staying at the same hotel because I used their shower instead of mine. We also noticed many paint chips on the floor outside the room near the elevators which had fallen from the ceiling.

    Good

Location, value compared to other options in the area.

Room was not quite as nice as I thought it would be, but again for the value and location, it fit the bill.

    Very good

Superb location withing walking distance of most of the major sites of interest. Good quality breakfast for a continental hotel.

We had to move our room after 1 night, and the second room was not acceptable. Eventually we were moved to the Sala, which despite being a bit of a dungeon, was largs and clean and the air con was working well. While waiting to check out we saw another customer being told that they would have to move room after 1 night. We suspect the hotel was totally over booked with no room for problems.

    Superb

Staff, especially the night porter who made us an excellent cappuccino when we had to leave the hotel at 5 am.

Our room was 102. The parquet floor (in front of the bathroom) needs repair. The mattress on the right side of the bed is compromised half way down the long side.

    Good

It was central , big spacy rooms and a pleasant staff

It was A bit worn, especially compared to another hotel with the same amount of stars...

    Fabulous

The location was excellent I dont think a better hotel could be chosen for access to all the sites. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and very helpfull. Our room which was a triple was comfortable and spacious with a big window overlooking the road and was always cleaned perfectly.

Main fault was there was no cafe/restaurant within Hotel Tiziano. Sometimes we came back late and would have loved to have been able to sit and have a tea or coffee but there was no facilities for this within the hotel. Perhaps they could look at putting small kettles for tea/coffee making facilities within all the rooms to make up for this. Hotel also a little dated but did not really mind this. Breakfast was a bit monotonous exactly the same things served every day but cappacino was great.

    Superb

Very decent. Fairly large room. Provided pleasant stay overall. Excellent location. Excellent view from room (4th floor overlooking back court) and quiet. Well air-conditioned.

Painful -I mean very painful- experience taking a shower, because of very low pressure and constant deregulation of water temperature. I wonder if one could put up with it in the winter time. Breakfast is satisfying, although brown bread and a toaster would help. Something warm from the kitchen would also be welcome. Do cornetti (croissants) need to be coated with syrup? I would grant a first prize to the photographer for his presentation of the interiors, though reality does not stand up to his standards.

Staff was really approachable and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Central location - short walk to majority of attractions.

The location was perfect, right near the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, and bus stops. The staff were very helpful providing bus information and they let us leave our bags there as we arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was very good with plenty to chose from. The quad room was quite large compared to the other quad rooms we booked in Florence, Vernazza, and expecially Venice. We would stay here again.

    Superb

Location was great and our room actually had a beautiful terrace which we were surprised to have! The hotel also held our luggage on the last day so we could finish touring the city before taking the train.
